Suzuki
Among the ranks are the Suzuki SX4 sedan and Suzuki SX4 crossover, the latter being one of the least expensive all-wheel-drive vehicles available in the U.S. The SX4 variants are suitable for drivers in need of small sedan or wagon functionality, but those requiring a bit more space and utility might want to consider the Suzuki Grand Vitara, or better yet, the seven-passenger Suzuki XL7. Granted, they may not be as fun as a Suzuki GSX-R600 on a twisty road, but they're a heck of a lot better in the snow.
Then again, perhaps you're already an owner of a Suzuki motorcycle or ATV, and you want a rig that will occasionally haul your toy. With needs such as these in mind, Suzuki paired up with Nissan and rebadged that company's Frontier pickup, calling it the Suzuki Equator.
